Models can produce an answer. They still struggle with real work, because real work is not an output. It is decisions, tradeoffs and corrections made by someone who knows the field.
That knowledge lives in the people who use AI every day.
Today it reaches the labs for free, through a rented annotator, or not at all. The experts who hold it are the one party in the chain that is never paid.
Our approach
We turn real work into training material, and pay it back.
benchturn works with the people who already do their jobs with AI. We take the work they choose to share, verify it, strip anything personal or proprietary, and structure it so a model can learn from it.
Labs license that material with clean provenance and informed consent. Contributors are paid when it is licensed, and can see what was used and what it earned.
